Jennifer Caron serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Sentinel Solutions, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry to her role. With a career spanning both corporate and agency environments, Jennifer combines deep operational expertise with a client-first mentality that aligns perfectly with Sentinel’s mission.
Jennifer spent 13 years at MassMutual’s Home Office, where she held various roles within the Broker-Dealer division. Her experience ranged from managing new business teams and handling escalated issues to providing platform support and serving as a liaison to General Agents, Supervisory Officers, and top representatives. This multifaceted experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the investment business, particularly the operational intricacies that keep firms running smoothly. Following her tenure at the Home Office, Jennifer took on a leadership role at a MassMutual agency in Central Pennsylvania. There, she successfully restructured compliance and new business operations teams, created a transition team to expedite the onboarding of experienced advisors, and served as the Investment Operations Director, providing essential support for advisors and their staff on investment-related matters.
Jennifer’s hands-on experience at both the agency and corporate levels enables her to bring a holistic view to her role at Sentinel, ensuring that the firm’s operational processes are aligned with the needs of advisors and their clients.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her dogs. Her personal values mirror her professional ethos—loyalty, dedication, and a focus on building strong relationships are central to everything she does.
